Trey spent over 18 years in the Navy SEAL teams, including 13 years at the Tier One Special Mission Unit, DEVGRU (SEAL Team Six). He retired in October 2022 and holds peace officer licenses in both Texas and Louisiana. The panel identifies several strategic consequences: Qatar has reportedly committed to investing a trillion dollars in the U.S. economy. Iran’s ability to sell discounted oil to China is likely over.
